He is survived by : his wife Janice Combs Holbrook; his daughters, Kimberly Smallwood (Wes) and Brittany Blair (Josh); his grandchildren, Lynzy Holbrook, Justin Smallwood, Allison Smallwood, Sawyer Blair, Saydie Blair and Sydney Blair; his great grandchildren, Carson and Keyton George; and his siblings, Lenville, Tim Holbrook, Helen Wash, Phyllis Keeton, Ada Webster and Florence Stacy.
