She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Floyd Lewis and Edna Margaret Cox Lewis; her siblings, Kermit Lewis, Paris Lewis, Kennell Lewis, Bill Lewis, Jewell Young and Joan Askins; her sister-in-law Cindy Lewis; her cousin Janie Collinsworth; her husband Dan LeMaster, Jr.; her children, Athena Jan, Thomas Blackburn of Lacy Creek, KY, William Dan and Leah LeMaster of West Liberty, KY; her grandsons, Nicholas Reo Blackburn and Cameron Andrew Bush; her sister Janis Lewis Jones of West Liberty, KY; her sisters-in-law, Leova Lewis, Sharon Lewis, Grace Lewis, Peggy Hawkins and Inez Nelson; and her close friends, Gay Cottle, Glenda Franklin, Esther Cain, Peggy Williams, Keith, Ella Mae Nickell, Janice Stapleton and Kayla Patrick-Bear. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
