He was predeceased by: his father James Cecil "Jim" Moore; and his brother James Thomas Moore. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Ann Murphy Moore; his children, James Isaac Moore of Morehead, Conner Daniel Moore of Morgan County and Trinity Ladene Moore of Morehead; and his sisters, Donna Lynn Sargent (Tony) of West Liberty and Jamie Leigh Moore of West Liberty. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives and many friends.
