He is survived by: his mother Pearl Newell Gilliam of West Liberty, Kentucky; his children, Tim Gilliam (Dena) of West Liberty, Kentucky, Rebecca McKinney of Campton and Kayla Gilliam of West Liberty, Kentucky; and his siblings, Bobby Gilliam of West Liberty, Kentucky, Mike Gilliam of West Liberty, Kentucky, Carla Conner (Paul) of Ezel, Kathy Jo Gilliam of Louisville and Joanie Elderidge of West Liberty, Kentucky.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
