He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Orville Perkins and James Delmar Lykins. He is survived by: his parents, Timothy Lykins and Beverly Perkins Lykins of West Liberty, KY; his wife Elizabeth Grigsby Lykins; his children, Lillie Grace Lykins, Jude Alan James Lykins and Willow Rose Lykins; his siblings, Kayla Burton (Jason) of Grassy Creek, KY and Eric Lykins of West Liberty, KY; his grandmothers, Maggie Perkins of West Liberty, KY and Pearl Shearer of West Liberty, KY; his siblings' children, Brooklyn Burton, Benjamin Lykins and Andrew Oldfield; and his parents-in-law, David and Tami Osborne. He is also survived by his family and friends.
