He is survived by : his children, Trevor Simmons of Terre Haute, IN and Marissa Simmons of Newburgh; his grandchildren, Faye Gardener of Louisville, Tricia Watkins (Danny), Dan Simmons, Jerry Simmons (Nancy), Cathy Maddox, Delores Smith (Greg), David Simmons (Connie) of Morganfield and Bob Simmons; and his siblings, Ann Gordon, Joe Simmons and Tom. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
