She was predeceased by : her parents, James Nelson Sparks and Ruth Spradlin Sparks. She is survived by : her husband Dexter Terry; her children, Larry Neal Hughes II of Williamson, WV and Melissa Ruth Branham of Paintsville, KY; and her siblings, John Richard Sparks of Paintsville, KY and Cindy Lou Butcher of Paintsville, KY. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.
