He was predeceased by: his parents, William Earl and Elizabeth Jewell Seelye; and his brothers, Roy Wayne Seelye, Ronald Earl Seelye and Mark Allen Seelye.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Seelye of White Mills; his daughter April Hake (Raymond) of Vine Grove, KY; his grandchildren, Jacqueline and Nickolas; his daughter Kelly Wagoner (Thomas) of Hanahan, SC.; his grandsons, James Cole and Robert Gray; his children, Robert Garner (Taylor) of Louisville and Karyn Garner (Jon); his aunt Doris Smith of Chicago, IL; and his cousin Scott Smith of Chicago.
