It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alex Hall Jr. (Whitesburg, Kentucky), born in Mayking, Kentucky, who passed away on June 29, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Alex Hall and Connie Spangler Hall; his children, Michelle Renee Hall and Bobby Joe Hall; and his sister Shirley Stidham.

He is survived by : his wife Vesta Mae Hall of Mayking; his sons, Anthony Alex Hall (Denise) of Mayking, Stephen Hall (Heather) of Mayking and Alex Hall III of Elkhorn City; his brother Tommy Hall of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Summer, Baileigh, Madison, Chloe and Jacob; and his great grandchildren, Remington and Kash.
