He is survived by: his siblings, Alecia Conn (John) of Whitco and Gary Wayne Smith of Whitesburg; his sisters-in-law, Darlene Byrd, Peggy Morgan, Carol West, Brenda Patrick and Charlene Quinlan of Harrison; and his grandchildren, Tyler Owens and Crystal Smith West of Harrison.
