He is survived by : his wife Charlotte McKinney Collins; his sisters, Roseanne Sharp (Lowell) of London, Ronita Thornsberry of Richmond and Lydia Katherine Collins of London; and his granddaughters, Danielle Collins and Madeline Alexis Collins.
