He was predeceased by: his wife Deborah K. Looney; his mother-in-law Betty S. Trent; his sister Connie Looney; and his mother Mary Ann Mullins. He is survived by: his daughter Samantha Looney (Monica); his father Hilma Mullins; his siblings, Estil Looney (Regina), Sammy Looney (Lori), William "Jr" Mullins (Martha), Ken Mullins (Lisa), Diane Mullins (Cecil), Sherry Deem (Bill) and Sandra Church; and his grandchildren, Shyla, Isaiah, Dylan and Hunter.
