He is survived by : his significant other Carol Maggard of Jenkins, Kentucky.; his son Casey Adams (Tasha) of Paces Branch, Kentucky.; his stepson Jonathan Collins (Tash) of Richmond, Kentucky.; his daughter Brooke Adams (Logan) of Kings Creek, Kentucky.; his stepdaughter Myka Slone (Jordan) of Payne Gap, Kentucky.; his siblings, Dwight Adams of Ermine, William Adams of Somerset, Kentucky., Sue Mcelroy of Jenkins and Kathy; and his grandchildren, Brantley "Cooper", Emmalee and Mavric.
