It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Ball (Whitesburg, Kentucky), born in Elkhorn City, Kentucky, who passed away on July 10, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Linda departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Linda. Though Linda may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Beckham K. Fields and Dixie Fields. She is survived by: her daughter Tracy Smith (Willie) of Letcher; her siblings, John Fields of Lexington, Clarice Holland of Lexington, Mary Alice Bailey of Lexington, Polly Ballard of Lexington and Connie Boggs of Letcher; and her grandchildren, Riley Watts, Logan Watts and Raven Watts.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Ky Kings Chapel Church. A memorial service was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Kings Chapel Church.
