He is survived by : his daughter Beth McCamish Shepard (Matt) of Oakboro; his close friend Sharon Banks of Jenkins, Kentucky; his siblings, Juston Banks (Belynda) of Cumberland, Kentucky, Elmo Banks (Peggy) of Cumberland, Kentucky, Daniel Banks (Tammy) of Whitesburg and Debra Dixon (Lowell) of Corbin, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Destiny, Savannah and Tilden. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren. And nieces and nephews.
