He is survived by: his parents, Roscoe Meadows (Debbie) of Whitley City, Kentucky and Dianne Hamilton (Milton) of Whitley City, Kentucky; his wife Ginger Meadows (Shoemaker) of Whitley City, Kentucky; his children, Michael Tyler Parris of Somerset, Kentucky and Felicitie Barber (Stacey) of Louisville, Kentucky; his siblings, Adam Meadows of Whitley City, Andrew "John-John" Upchurch of Whitley City, Kentucky, Sherry Douglas Dobbs of Whitley City, Sharon Patrick of Parkers Lake, Tiffany Howard of Whitley City and Jessica Trammell of Whitley City, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Angie-Evonne, Gabriel Allen, Brenda Diane and Ozzie Arabella.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Meadows Cemetery.
