She is survived by : her son Randy Hazlett of Revelo; her siblings, Mike Baker of Whitley City, Ralph Baker (Marcia) of Henderson and Alfreida Daulton (Mike) of Nancy; her grandchildren, Tyler Hazlett and Samantha Stout (Eric); and her great grandchildren, Riley, Bentley Arrington and Tobias Stout.
