He was predeceased by : his grandmother Dorothy Jackson. He is survived by : his parents, Amy Burns and Michael Wayne Woodward; his stepfather Jason Burns; his grandparents, Cindy McGehee and Theodore Rednour; his stepgrandfather David Jackson; and his siblings, Kalianna Burns, Kendalynn Burns, Brooklyn Rhoades and Conner Woodard. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers his family would suggest donations be made to the fund on his obituary page to help with funeral expenses.
