He is survived by : his wife Doris Adams Beams; his children, Anndee Crutcher (Scott) of Bowling Green and Donald Anthony Beams (Carolina) of San Francisco, CA; his sister Peggy Bullock of Corbin; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth and William Crutcher.
