In loving memory of Carol Lambert of Winchester, Kentucky, who departed this world on October 5, 2025 at the age of 79. Carol leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Luster Lambert and Martha Jane McBrayer Lambert; her brothers, Gordon Lambert and Michael Lambert; her in-laws, Robert J. and Maye Tapp; and her sister-in-law Betty McDonald.
She is survived by: her husband Carl Thomas "Tom" Tapp; her daughters, Julie Montgomery of Winchester and Amy Hargis of Winchester; her stepchildren, Andria Tapp and Wesley Tapp; and her siblings-in-law, Ginny Lambert, Robert Tapp (Janet) and Kermit Tapp (Delores). She is also survived by several loving grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other extended family and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Northcutt & Son Home For Funerals, Inc. (400 Fraley Dr, Morehead, KY 40351). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at the McBrayer Cemetery.
