She is survived by : her husband Tommy Wayne Bushart; her sons, Michael Bushart of Mayfield, KY and Joseph Bushart (Kelly) of Mayfield, KY; her brother Carl Creason of Wingo, KY; her grandchildren, Kortnee Bushart, Kole Bushart, Kaitlyn Adams, Sidney Bushart and Robert Bushart; and her great grandchildren, Kadince Bushart, Kenlee Bushart, Luke Adams and Axel Adams.
