She is survived by : her children, Steven Horsley of Westwood, Kentucky, Sharon Stapleton (Everett) of Ashland and Angela Jackson (James) of Worthington, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Melissa Prater, Dakota Winters, Karen Winters, Jarrod Strother, Amber Stapleton, Amanda Bowen, Andrea Bowen, David Stapleton and Payton Horsley; and her sister-in-law Viola Burton of Greenup, Kentucky.. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
