He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Boutwell and Mary Catherine Schrauge Boutwell. He is survived by : his wife Lydia Ayres Boutwell; his sons, Matthew Boutell (Toinetta) and Timothy Boutwell; his grandchildren, Nash, Jocelyn Boutwell and Haileigh Noll; and his siblings, Patricia Haizman, Robert Boutwell, Elise Bauer and Carolyn Dury.
