She is survived by: her son Paul Bryant Worthington (Clara) of Wurtland, Kentucky; her sister Kathleen Miller Holt of Rochester, Michigan; her grandchildren, Kevin Lee Worthington (Deidrea) of Lexington and Kyle Scott Worthington of Wurtland, Kentucky; and her great grandchild Klye Scott Coburn Worthington. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
