She was predeceased by : her parents, George Large and Ruth Ann Large; her husband Alvis Ray Fowler; and her brothers, Bob Large and Charles Large.

She is survived by : her children, Jonathan Ray Fowler of Flatwoods, KY, Theresa "Terri" Fowler of Portsmouth, OH and Melissa Dawn Fowler of Flatwoods, KY; and her sister Belva Joyce Bolton (David) of Jackson, MI.
