She was predeceased by : her parents, William L. Elliott and Roxie Lee Hannah Elliott; and her husband Charles Howland. She is survived by : her son Mark Howland (Sabrina) of Hurricane; her brother Robert Elliott (Rita) of Flatwoods, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Samantha Webb and Michael Franklin II.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House in Huntington, West Virginia.
