He was predeceased by : his parents, Francis Guidry and Marjorie Bernard; and his sister Cheryl Guidry. He is survived by : his children, Kristen Faulk, Trent Guidry and Staci Guidry; his grandchildren, Leilani Ma'aele, Niya Ma'aele, Raury Cesar, Demi Cesar, Adrianna Velez and Aubrielle Velez; and his brothers, Clifford Guidry and Dwayne Guidry.
