We are sad to announce that on February 23, 2021, at the age of 89, Lula Mae Bergeron Broussard of Abbeville, Louisiana passed away. She was predeceased by : her husband John Huey Broussard; her parents, Clarence Bergeron and Lorna Trahan; her son John Keith Broussard; and her sisters, Audrey Broussard, Jane Hebert and Dolores Falgout.
She is survived by : her children, Johnie Broussard (Wanda), Bridget Broussard, Anne Broussard, Genny Broussard, Timothy Broussard (Gwen), Peter Broussard, Mary Menard (Scott), Theresa Winch (Luther) and Paul Broussard. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
A rosary will be held on Friday, February 26th 2021 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church (300 Pere Megret St, Abbeville, LA 70510). A mass of christian burial will be held on Friday, February 26th 2021 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
