He is survived by: his siblings, Keith M. Faulk (Tina B. Faulk), Kent N. Faulk and Lucinda F. Broussard (David K. Broussard); his siblings' children, Blake M Faulk (Lauren D. Faulk), Gavin P Faulk, William Faulk (Audrey Faulk), Heather B. Fruge and Erin B. Spinosa; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Christian M. Foret, Leo M. Faulk, Louis Faulk, Lucy Faulk and Rosie Faulk.
