He was predeceased by: his wife Dolly Elizabeth Roques Oberling; and his parents, Salome Eliz Bertin Oberling and Charles Henry Oberling. He is survived by: his children, Darryl Michael Oberling and Chet Henry Oberling; his daughter-in-law Tammy Mulligan Oberling; and his granddaughters, Amanda Grace Oberling and Sarah Belle Oberling.
