He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Delonde Blappert and Julia Josephine Huerstel Blappert. He is survived by: his sisters, Janis Blappert Hazlett and Lynn Blappert Honold (Robert, Sr.). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Northshore Humane Society and/or Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Covington , LA.
