He is survived by : his wife Brenda Thrift Poulos of Lafayette; his daughter Doni Maria Kovatch (Christopher) of Lafayette; his grandchildren, Ethan Kovatch, Ava Kovatch and Andie Bonhagen; and his friends, Phyllis Bonhagen, Debra Dauterive and Steve. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
