He was predeceased by: his parents, William Miller Allen and Doreen Ynez Lukeman Allen. He is survived by: his siblings, Lindy McMahon (Richard) of Stowe, VT, Becky Rizzi (Joseph) of West Rutland, VT and William Allen, Jr. of Killington, VT. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews and dear friends.
