He is survived by: his children, Artice Ernestine Gill Granger, Hollis Ernest Gill Jr. and Glen Mark Gill; his sister Ellen Gill Page; and also Edna Jones Gill. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
