He was predeceased by: his parents, Orren Guillot and Della Guillot; his brother Erwin Guillot; and his brother-in-law Richard Chop. He is survived by: his children, Shawn Guillot (Ashley) of Loxley, Alabama and Alissa Guillot of Lafayette; his sister Betty Chop of Lecompte; his grandchildren, Brittany Bullion (Doug) of Arkansas, Taylor Polk of Alabama and Cade Watts of Lafayette; and his former wife Leatha Guillot Carey of Colfax. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
