He was predeceased by : his wife Ena F. D'Angelo; and his parents, Rosario and Rosa D. He is survived by : his sister Beverly D. Bailey; his nephews, Hal E Bailey, Jr. and James M. Bailey (Jennifer); his niece Cynthia L. Bailey; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Phoebe R. Bailey, Ethan J. Bailey, Jackson M. Bailey and Brooks A. Bailey.

In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to St. Francis Xavier Cathedral Restoration Fund at 626 4th Street, Alexandria, LA 71301.
