She was predeceased by: her parents, John McNeely and Emma Fagin McNeely; and her brothers, Alvie McNeely and James W.. She is survived by: her brother John T. McNeely; her daughter Janice L.; and her husband Paul Sams. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and 4 great great-grandchildren.
