She is survived by: her husband Richard Smith; her daughters, Jennifer Perryman (Chris), Amy Gaspard (Chad), Sarah Hill (Ryan) and Haley Dempsey (Andy); her grandchildren, Haley Gaspard, Sadie Gaspard, Everett Hill, Kinsley Dempsey, Emma Erwin, Evelyn Erwin, Andy Dempsey Jr. and Kali Dempsey; her mother-in-law Enid Smith; her brother-in-law Brother William Smith (Luna); and her sibling's children, Christy Hart (Mark), Matthew Smith (Susan) and Chris Watson.
Due to her love of children, she requests donations be made to St. Jude in lieu of flowers.
