Laura Jean touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, William L. and Jean (Moniz Giles); her son Jacob William Strange; her brother William "Winky" Frost; her grandmother Gladys Laura Golden; her uncle Raymon "Chic" Moniz; and her niece Jonica Dawn Sanford.
She is survived by: her children, James Christopher Strange (Amanda) and Sheena Moreau (Wesley); her grandchildren, Jase Moreau, Jude Strange, Jacob Strange, Ashtyn Moreau, Jameson "Jamo" Strange and Skylar Moreau; her fiancé Gene Humphries; and her siblings, Lyle Frost (Enita), Evelyn Jones (Mike) and William Giles (BooBoo).
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 9:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Alexandria (701 Jackson St, Alexandria, LA 71301).
