She was predeceased by : her husband John "Ed" Ray; her parents, Leslie Addison and Ruby Teller Addison; her brother Howell Eugene Addison, Sr. (Mary Louise Lemmons); her niece Carolyn Louise Addison; and her nephew James Ray.
She is survived by : her nieces and nephews, Howell Eugene Addison, Jr. (Rhonda), John Curtis Ray (Harri Vanhala), Paula Diane Owen (James), Kathy Smith (Andy), Jeannie Saylor (Matt), Margaret Ray Roan and Wanda A. Hebert; and her close friend Max Johnston. She is also survived by numerous great-nephews, great-nieces and cousins.
