It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Briggs of Amite, Louisiana, who passed away on August 1, 2021, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kenneth Briggs to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Dan and Alvia Briggs, Sr.; and his siblings, Earl, Shelton Briggs and Gloria Briggs.

He is survived by : his siblings, Dan, Jr., Allen, Carl, Jerry Briggs, Audrey Williams, Dianna Wilson, Theresa Briggs and Joyce Smith; and his friend Coach Alden Foster.

Due to the surge in COVID-19 cases, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
