She was predeceased by: her husband Elmer George Lyons; her parents, Claude Smith and Ella Smith; and her siblings, Claude Smith, Jr., Dale Smith, Claudene Garrison, Muriel Hallum and Barbara Garrison.

She is survived by: her children, Linda Simcox (Bob), Georgette Dupuy (Joe), Jimmy Lyons (Joyce), Gwen Vogler (Mike), Mary Cusick (Jerry), Deidre Chaney (Wracy) and Robert Lyons (Crystal). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
