She was predeceased by: her parents, Connie Speights and Geneva Wilson Speights; and her husband Virgil Mondy. She is survived by: her children, Cassandra Morgan (Curtis), Sylvia Garrett (Mike) and Victor Peters; and her grandchildren, Joe Lewis Jr. (Jeanneth), Ernest Quenzell Spikes (Amy), Aaron Lewis (Tracy), Erica Yarbrough (Willis), Victoria Peters and Victor Jerod Peters.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM. A reception will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cook-Richmond & Sons Funeral Home (638 N Columbia St, Bogalusa, LA 70427).
