He was predeceased by : his parents, Donis B. Fornea and Julius R. "Dude" Fornea; his sister Cynthia Kennedy; and his parents-in-law, Eckel Wood and John M. Wood.
He is survived by : his wife Sarah Evelyn "Sally" Fornea; his children, Robert, Michelle Simmons (Scott), Michael (Lynnette), Stephen (Tonya) and Anna Temples (Randall); and his great grandchildren, Avery Brooks, Blake Brooks and Sebastian Lessard.
