She was predeceased by: her former husband Dewey Bertinot; her husband Harris Cormier; her son Ronald Lee Bertinot (Becky); her parents, John Miller and Lovenia Savoy; and her siblings, Ollin Miller, Kermit Miller, Thelma Guilbeau, Addley Kidder and Hilda Soileau.
She is survived by: her children, John Edward Bertinot (Joann) of Baton Rouge, Michael Jerry Bertinot (Monica) of Maringouin and Mary Jane Schexnayder (Ronald) of Walker. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty-three great grandchildren; and twenty-six great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Melancon Funeral Home (224 Main St, Arnaudville, LA 70512). A rosary was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis Regis Catholic Church (232 Main St, Arnaudville, LA 70512).
