He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Johnson Breland and Estes Monroe Breland; his granddaughter Angela Breland; and his siblings, Robert Breland, Sherwood Breland and Betty Sanderson.
He is survived by: his wife Elois Breland; his children, Victoria Kemper (Steve), Denice Fife, Kimberly Diamond, Rebecca Rose, Toni Thompson (Randy), Allen Breland (Heather), Charles Breland, Michael Breland (Jeri), Vern Breland (Melissa) and Bobby Fife (Lena); and his siblings, June Anderson, Patsy Horton, Helen Holman and Earl Breland. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
