He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Montgomery and Winnie Ruth Montgomery; and his brother Richard "Buddy" Montgomery. He is survived by: his daughters, Amelia Montgomery of Bastrop and Alyssa Nicole Montgomery of Bastrop; his siblings, Nelda Lusby (Larry) of Bastrop, Connie Ramsey of Hamburg, AR, David Montgomery of Bastrop and Billy Montgomery (Barbara) of Bastrop; his grandson Caleb James Green of Bastrop; and his close friends, Ron Lara (Lori) and Blake DeCorte (Chelsea). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
