He is survived by: his mother Erma Faye Herring; his siblings, Linda Sue Doke (Richard), Mary Catherine Emanuel, Carolyn Mae Albright, Rita Maria Reynolds, Erma Faye Herring and Thomas Clayton Herring; and his close friends, Annie Miller and Buddy Miller. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
