He is survived by: his daughter Katherine Deale Lewis (Ted) of Bluefield, WV; his grandchildren, Theodore Adams Brooks Lewis, Theron Alexander Deale Lewis, Sean Harmon and Katherine Harmon; and his sister Doris Pylant.
