She was predeceased by: her parents, Tomie J. Lewis and Emma Patrick Lewis; her brother Thomas R. Lewis; and her brother-in-law Don Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Worley; her son Jamie Lance Worley; and her siblings, Betty Jo Johnson, Diane Hudson (Hinkston) and Benny Mack Lewis (Glennis).

Memorial contributions in her honor can be made to St Jude Children's Hospital or Louisiana Baptist Children's Home in Monroe.
